Our refund policies
When you return an item, the amount of the refund and the methods of issuing the same may vary depending on whether the product is returned under the legal guarantee of conformity, or because you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal (by canceling the order within 14 or 25 calendar days of delivery) and the payment method used to make the purchase.
Items returned because they are incorrect, damaged or faulty
If you are returning an item due to our mistake or because the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and it was not possible to repair or replace, you will be refunded the cost of the item, expenses shipping costs incurred to receive it.
You will also be reimbursed for the costs of any gift wrapping and other services associated with your order, if applicable.
all items that have been returned as damaged or defective will be checked. In the event that no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs and the cost of the item itself.
Note: If you are returning any device or item, please remember to remove any passwords and any personal data or items it contains before returning it. We also remind you to send the device without personal accessories not originally included in the item purchased separately.
withdrawal within 25 days
You can return the purchased products up to 25 calendar days from the date of delivery of the same. In this case we will refund the cost of the item. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred to receive the product, gift wrap, or other services associated with your purchase. The costs of returning the item will not be refunded but will remain at your expense.
If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from unnecessary manipulation to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, the seller may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.
We remind you that in case of withdrawal the costs for returning the item (eg shipping and packaging) are at your expense.
Right of withdrawal within 14 days
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item within fourteen calendar days of its delivery, you will only be refunded the cost of the item in full without shipping costs.
If you purchase as a "consumer" and withdraw within 14 days of delivery, you will be refunded the price paid for the item
The costs of gift wrapping and other services associated with your order will not be refunded in case of withdrawal.

How the refund is made
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase, and only after the returned item is checked and found to be defective.
Refund timing
The reimbursement of the price of the item for which the withdrawal has been exercised and, where applicable, of the shipping costs, is made within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. The seller can withhold the refund until the item is received or until you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever comes first.
